cottonmouth opened in 2017 in Nottingham’s Hockley district – a cocktail bar built on clean drinks, warm service, and zero
pretension.

After 17 years behind the stick, Adrian closed the bar in 2022. On its final day, Cottonmouth became the first East Midlands
venue to earn a spot on the UK Top 50 Cocktail Bars list.
A poetic exit, and the start of something new.

Today, under the umbrella, cottonmouth lives on through its cocktails..
pre-batched, consistent, and built for service. The same standards now extend to
ice: crystal-clear blocks, precise
formats, and hospitality-grade
consistency.
